It is possible to make money on the internet fast and free but I must tell you, you’ve got your work cut out for you. Making money fast and free involves joining an affiliate program, finding a product to market, writing lots and lots of articles on the topics surrounding the product and posting it on a highly reputable article directory. Let’s look at it step by step.

Step one would be joining an affiliate program. Now there are hundreds of such programs you could join but I highly recommend two if them: Clickbank and Commisson Junction. Clickbank markets digital products such as ebooks and programs that are very easily sold. Commission Junction deals mainly in tangible products. As a beginner, I would suggest you start off with intangible products first so go over to Clickbank and open an account.

Next, select the product that you would like to market. In Clickbank, you would click on Marketplace and search through the individual categories until you find something you’d like to sell. As a guide, you’d want to look for something that has between 40 to 90 Gravity, preferably more than 80% %refd and paying more than $15 in commissions. These statistics can be found under the summary of each product.

Once you have found the product you like, click on ‘create hoplink’ to get the url tag which you will you to redirect your buyers to the sales page. This will tag the sales to your Clickbank ID and you get your commission.

Now it’s time to write your articles. I must tell you that whole books have been written on how to write articles for affiliate marketing. But as a summary, you’d have to figure out what the product is about in general e.g. losing weight, making money, stop smoking, etc and do a keyword search for suggestions on titles to write about.

Once you have your list of keyword phrases, start writing your articles. It does not have to be long but does have to be informative enough for your readers to completely read it.

Then, write an enticing phrase encouraging your readers to visit your product and embed a hyperlink of your Clickbank hoplink url. This enticing phrase is to be placed in the article resource box and once published will appear at the end of your article.

Finally, it is time to submit your article. Choose a reputable article directory to submit to. I have found none more reputable than Ezine Articles. Not only will your article appear high in search results on Google and Yahoo, Ezine is also where other article publishers go to for fresh articles and if they re-publish your articles, you will get a flood of visitors to your product. But Ezine does not allow affiliate hoplinks in the articles so you need to create a separate Landing Page which will redirect your readers to your product.

And that’s it. But like I said, in this strategy you are ruled by The Law of Large Numbers. So you’d have to generate lot and lots of articles consistently about the product. The more articles you publish, the more readers you reach and the more sales you’d make.
